Over the course of 4 weeks, this class addresses some of Christianity’s biggest questions: Who is God? Who is Jesus? What is the Bible? What does it mean to be a Christian? Does any of this matter?

Venture Basics is packed with tools, resources, and answers presented in a relatable way.

If you’re ready to get started or take some next steps with God, Venture Basics is the Perfect place for you!

What am I getting into?

This class is for ANYONE who wants to know more about what Christians believe about God, Jesus, The Bible, and Life. People with all levels of understanding and faith have enjoyed the class and found it very helpful and enlightening.

Over the 4 weeks, we want to review the basics about a life’s venture with God. Here’s a list of each week’s topics:

Week 1 – God and the Bible

Before we get too far into much discussion, let’s look at what there is to know about God. If there is a God, what kind of God is he and how could I possibly know Him?

Week 2 – Jesus on Trial:

Let’s put Christianity on trial. We’ll drag the Bible through some pretty rigorous tests to see if it’s reliable and see what type of tangible proof there could possibly be for faith in Jesus.

Week 3 – Good News

Good news changes everything, Christianity is a message of Hope. This week we explore the huge implications of some really good news. What does the Bible teach about “salvation?” And how do we claim it for ourselves?

Week 4: Transformation:

What does it mean to “become a Christian” is it just a title someone wears or is there more to it? This week there are discovering some major transformations that God asks us to make! it will change everything about how you view your faith.
